Samsung 840 Series 2.5 inch 120GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive
My Samsung 840 Series 2.5 inch 120GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) is no longer appearing in BIOS. Currently, there are two hard drives installed on my computer and both as Samsung SSDs of different storage sizes. Just this morning, the 120GB SSD stopped showing on BIOS and I don’t know what caused this. When I rebooted the computer with the 120GB SSD plugged in, it looks like the boot up time increased significantly. It is as if the 120GB SSD is slowing down the computer. But when I load the BIOS, I cannot see it there. The bigger SSD with 500GB, which is my primary drive, seems to be okay. I need the data from SSD drive, can you help?
#Samsung N150 160GB HDD
I have a Samsung N150 and originally formatted it using KillDisc. It had four partitions but now I can only see one partition (the C Drive). The other 3 partitions have vanished, Two of the missing partitions contain valuable data that I need. I took my PC to PC World to get them to check it out but they could not recover the data. They wanted me to send it to a lab at a cost of £700+vat which was out of my budget.
