Rescue The Data From Your Dell PC

DELL INSPIRON 660:

I have a serious problem with a Dell Inspiron. On starting up, it gave me an error, then asked me to F1 though in order to boot it up. The next thing I noticed was that it would not respond to me in the way that I wanted. It seemed as though the mouse was being controlled by someone else, or that it was very, very slow to respond to my commands. I replaced the mouse, but the new version was no better. In addition, it crashed again and again, sometimes within minutes of the last crash. I could not get it to stay running for more than about an hour. I rang the PC shop, and they told me that there was a problem with the Windows installation, and I had to remove the old hard drive, and buy another. Before I get this done I need the data recovered from old drive.

DELL INSPIRON 660:

I use the computer to type documents, make spreadsheets, and do other things such as research etc. There is something wrong with my personal system. I cannot open any of my saved spreadsheets or word documents. When I open them I get a blank screen as if the word document is blank. I have contacted Microsoft support who cannot help me.
