TOSHIBA SATELLITE L55:
I am struggling to gain access to my data from a Toshiba Satellite L55 computer. The problem seems to be something to do with the touchpad, but it is preventing me from opening any of the files and folders inside the computer, and I am worried about doing too much with it in case I delete the folders themselves. I can use an external mouse, but the same problem occurs there. The main difficulty is that when I click on anything with the cursor, it jumps to another part of the screen, so that I can’t double click in order to open any of the files. I use the data on these files regularly as part of my occupation, so not being able to see the data, or show it to clients, is becoming very difficult. I am not sure exactly what has caused the problem, but it is definitely preventing me from accessing the data and files.
TOSHIBA SATELLITE C55D:
I am having problems with data on a Toshiba Satellite laptop. I had just finished working on some data, and I closed down the computer, and then restarted it because I had forgotten something that needed to be added to the last file. However, when I rebooted, I found that the machine stops on a blue screen. I have had a few problems with the laptop turning off when I am in the middle of writing a document, but I have not had this problem before. I can’t get anywhere into the system except straight to this blue screen. I can’t access the operating system, and this means that I am not able to go into the system and extract the files that I need.
