SanDisk Cruzer Fit USB Flash Drive 16GB
I am having a tough problem with my SanDisk Cruzer Fit USB Flash Drive 16GBWhen I plug in usb stick, it tells me to install RunSanDiskSecureAccess-Win.exe. I realised all new hardware plugged on the computer installs a certain driver or application but this one seems different. But anyway, if that is the only way that I can use the flash drive, I decided to install. Now the problem gets more complicated here because when I was trying to install RunSanDiskSecureAccess-Win.exe, I cannot install it because it tells me that the flash drive is write-protected.

SanDisk Cruzer Profile USB Flash Drive
I have a SanDisk Cruzer Profile USB Flash Drive. I decided to update its security setup but adding a fingerprint, username, and password. Today, I logged on it for the first time via fingerprint and deleted all the fingerprints I registered to it. I thought even with this setup, I can use it. But now, I cannot log in anymore and I can’t even setup new fingerprint profiles. When I plug my SanDisk Cruzer Profile USB Flash Drive on the computer, it asks me to run an application called Unlock Cruzer Profile and then it asks for a fingerprint. When I check My Computer and Device Manager, I can see two drives. One has the Cruzer Profile logo (local disk) and the other one is a removable disk. I can browse the local disk and see several files such as (autorun, CruzerLoginSetup, CruzerProfile, CruzerProfileHelp, gdiplus.dll, tfm.dll, and movie clips. I ran the CruzerLoginSetup and it asks for a fingerprint. I think I have tried all I can but there is no way I can access it without asking for fingerprints.
